Summer Reading Program & Art Exhibit

Visit your local Carroll County Public Library for your free coloring sheet (K-5) or Draw a Scene Sheet (6-12) when you register for the summer reading series. Complete and return it to Dairy Queen for a FREE kids ice cream cone. While there, visit all of the “works of art” on display in the food area.
